Pajtim Hasaj, our Real Estate agent stood out as the best Toronto has to offer: his organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on his site easily), their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. We spoke with Tim and then met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. My wife and I were looking in multiple areas of the GTA for a single family detached house. This particular market is extremely competitive, almost always resulting in bidding wars with multiple bids well above asking prices. Throughout the entire process, we felt no pressure from Tim to adjust our budget and lower our expectations. Tim was very patient. He worked hard to find us suitable houses in our preferred areas, or give us feedback on houses we found ourselves. If we were interested in a property, he would promptly speak to listing agents, set up showings on extremely short notice, and offer us his personal thoughts during the showings based on his extensive market knowledge. He guided us well through the bidding and negotiation process, and we were able to find our dream home within our budget. During the closing process, Tim was always available and would respond within minutes to any of our questions. It made the entire process extremely smooth and easy.
